Topsonic offers complete solutions for monitoring, recording and analysing noise. These systems reliably measure sounds and noises and attribute them individually to specific origins (e.g. an aircraft, vehicle or any other distinct source). The measurements are taken continuously and thus provide a permanent record of all noise events.
In addition to stationary or mobile monitoring terminals, Topsonic’s product portfolio also features sophisticated software for analysing recorded data. The functions include the storage of sound levels in a database, the recording of sounds in electronic formats, graphic displays and noise profiles, as well as numerous statistical evaluations. Depending on the legal restrictions, a three-dimensional on-screen map, displaying and tracking noise sources (e.g. aircraft), can also be provided.
The systems are rounded off with powerful optional extensions. These include, for example, meteorological measuring stations allowing weather conditions to be taken into consideration for noise evaluation (e.g. strong winds or showers). Also available are support installations for public relations, like software modules for the handling of complaints or public information terminals.
